1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the ezie88 Platform is strictly conditional upon the following eligibility requirements being met in full. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant to ezie88 that each of the following conditions is satisfied:

• Age: You are at least 21 years of age. ezie88 operates a strict 21+ policy. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the Account.
• Jurisdiction: You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited and you are not located in or are a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether your jurisdiction permits online gambling before registering.
• Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction and are not subject to any court order or other legal restriction that would prevent you from gambling.
• One Account per Person: You have not previously held an Account with ezie88 that was closed or suspended by ezie88 for any breach of these Terms. Only one Account per person, household, IP address, and payment method is permitted.
• Own Funds: All funds deposited into your Account are your own personal funds and are not the proceeds of any criminal or unlawful activity.
• Not a Politically Exposed Person: You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or a close associate of a PEP as defined under applicable anti-money-laundering regulations, unless you have provided advance written disclosure to ezie88 and received written approval.

ezie88 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where eligibility requirements are not met or are no longer satisfied.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money Services on the Platform, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to the registration and maintenance of your Account:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile telephone number.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party and must notify ezie88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• ezie88 may require you to complete KYC verification before approving your Account registration, processing any deposit, or releasing any withdrawal. KYC documents typically include a government-issued photo identification (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk — or passport), proof of residential address, and a selfie verification image.
• Only one Account per person is permitted. Duplicate Accounts are strictly prohibited. Where multiple Accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, ezie88 reserves the right to merge or close those Accounts and to confiscate any funds, bonuses, or winnings associated with them.
• You must notify ezie88 promptly of any change to the information you provided at registration. Failure to maintain accurate account details may result in the suspension of your Account pending re-verification.
• ezie88 reserves the right to decline any application for account registration at its sole discretion and without providing a reason for the refusal.

4 Deposits

ezie88 accepts deposits denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All deposit transactions are subject to the following terms:

• Accepted Methods: ezie88 currently accepts deposits via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata), and electronic wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Available methods may change without prior notice; current options are displayed on the deposit page.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction unless a specific promotional offer specifies a higher minimum. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Processing Times: Bank transfers completed during standard Indonesian banking hours (09:00 – 15:00 WIB, Monday to Friday) are typically processed within 5 minutes. Transfers made outside banking hours, on weekends, or on public holidays may take up to 24 hours. E-wallet deposits are processed instantly at all hours.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned, less any applicable bank processing fees, following verification of the discrepancy.
• Currency: All Account balances are held in Indonesian Rupiah. ezie88 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are borne solely by the Player.
• Right to Refuse: ezie88 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit transaction where it reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals of Real Money Balance are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Verification Prerequisite: Withdrawals will not be processed until the Player has successfully completed KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC may deposit and wager but may not withdraw until identity verification is approved.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits per day and per transaction are displayed in the withdrawal section of your Account dashboard.
• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. ezie88 does not process withdrawals to third-party bank accounts or e-wallets. The destination account must be registered in your own name and match the details on your verified Account.
• Processing Times: Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Accounts are typically processed within 24 hours on business days. Requests submitted outside standard banking hours (09:00 – 15:00 WIB) or during Indonesian public holidays may take additional time. E-wallet withdrawals to OVO, DANA, and GoPay are generally processed faster than bank transfers.
• Wagering Requirement Clearance: Any active Bonus Balance or pending wagering requirement attached to your Account must be fully cleared before a withdrawal of Real Money Balance can be approved. Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus wagering requirement is active will result in the forfeiture of the outstanding Bonus Balance and any winnings derived solely from that bonus.
• Right to Delay: ezie88 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal for up to 7 business days for enhanced due-diligence review, particularly for withdrawals exceeding Rp 50.000.000 or where unusual account activity has been flagged by our security systems.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ezie88 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to Players who have a fully verified Account in good standing. Players who have previously abused promotional terms, engaged in arbitrage betting, or who hold multiple Accounts are not eligible for any bonus or promotion.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be made. The specific multiplier (e.g., 5x, 10x, 30x) is stated on each promotion page. Wagering requirements apply to both the bonus amount and, in some cases, the combined deposit-plus-bonus total.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting generally contributes 100% of the wagered amount. Live casino games typically contribute between 10% and 50%. Slot games typically contribute 100% unless specifically excluded. The contribution table is published on each promotion's detail page.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the period stated on the promotion page, which is typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of credit. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived solely from expired bonus funds will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held in an Account at any one time unless a promotion explicitly states that stacking is permitted. Attempting to claim a second bonus while one is active will result in the second bonus being declined.
• No Cash Alternative: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or sold. They exist solely as promotional credits within your Account.
• Abuse: ezie88 reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold any winnings derived from that bonus if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or in breach of these Terms.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all wagering activity on the ezie88 Platform across all product categories, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and other gaming products:

• Finality of Bets: Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player, except where ezie88 expressly provides a cash-out or bet-edit feature and the specific wager qualifies for that feature at the relevant time.
• Insufficient Funds: Any wager that cannot be covered in full by the Player's Real Money Balance (and, where applicable, eligible Bonus Balance) will be declined automatically. ezie88 does not extend credit of any kind to Players.
• Odds Errors: In the event of an obvious error in published odds — including but not limited to pricing errors caused by technical malfunction, data-feed disruption, or human input error — ezie88 reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return stakes at the correct price or void the bet entirely, at ezie88's discretion.
• Sports Betting: All sports-betting markets, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, and mix parlay (accumulator) markets, are governed by the specific sport rules published in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform, which form part of these Terms by reference.
• Live Casino: Live dealer game outcomes are final once the round has concluded and the results displayed on screen. Disputes relating to live casino game outcomes must be raised within 24 hours of the disputed round by contacting customer support with the relevant game round ID.
• Maximum Payout: A maximum single-bet payout cap applies across all product categories. The applicable cap is displayed within each product section and may be updated from time to time. No Player may receive a payout in excess of the published cap on any single wager, regardless of the calculated win.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ezie88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law-enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account credentials.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while located in a Restricted Jurisdiction, including through the use of VPN, proxy services, or any other IP-masking technology.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, syndicate betting, or any form of coordinated wagering strategy designed to guarantee profit through exploitation of odds discrepancies.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform without express written permission from ezie88.
• Any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or use of the Platform to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Colluding with other Players or with Platform employees in any game that involves multi-player interaction.
• Making chargebacks or reversing payment transactions after funds have been wagered or after a withdrawal has been approved and processed.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ezie88 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game assets, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ezie88 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of ezie88.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ezie88 hereby excludes all liability for losses of any kind arising from your use of the Platform. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing:

• ezie88 is not liable for any loss of funds resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• ezie88 is not liable for any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform's availability due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond ezie88's reasonable control, including force majeure events.
• ezie88 does not guarantee that the Platform will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components, and accepts no liability for any damage to your device resulting from your use of the Platform.
• ezie88's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Under no circumstances shall ezie88 be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, however arising.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy

ezie88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available in full at ezie88.cam/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

ezie88 will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud-prevention services is shared solely for the purpose of operating the Platform securely and in compliance with applicable regulatory obligations.

12 Responsible Gaming

ezie88 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. The following mandatory provisions apply to all Players:

• Age Restriction: The Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and over. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account immediately closed and all funds returned to the source payment method following investigation.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to self-exclude from the Platform may do so by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion are available. During a self-exclusion period, ezie88 will use reasonable technical measures to prevent the excluded Player from accessing the Platform.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before the increase becomes active.
• Session Limits and Time-Out: Players may set session time limits and activate time-out periods from within their Account settings. A time-out pauses account access for a defined period, during which the Player cannot log in, deposit, or wager.

13 Suspension & Termination

ezie88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity associated with the Account.
• Identification of duplicate Accounts or any other violation of the one-Account-per-person policy.
• Engagement in any form of Prohibited Conduct as defined in Clause 8.
• Upon a Player's own request to close their Account.

Where an Account is terminated for breach of these Terms, ezie88 reserves the right to retain any Real Money Balance, Bonus Balance, or pending winnings as reasonable compensation for the breach, subject to applicable law. Where an Account is closed at the Player's own request and the Account is in good standing, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ezie88 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ezie88's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in the English language.

Nothing in this clause limits ezie88's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or to prevent irreparable harm. Players retain any statutory rights available to them under the laws of their country of residence that cannot be contractually waived.

15 Amendments

ezie88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with the date of last update displayed in the page header. Where an amendment materially affects Player rights or obligations, ezie88 will use reasonable efforts to notify Players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting customer support.
